These are the necessary steps to configure AGMA.EMAIL as an email provider in Shopify:

  1. Before everything, the domain must be connected directly to Shopify.
  2. Login to your Shopify admin panel (admin.shopify.com/store)
  3. Click Settings > Domains. This will open the list of domains in your account.
  4. Click the domain name for which you want to configure DNS.
  5. From here select "Domain Settings" and then click "Edit DNS Records"




  6. Now, click on "Add Custom Record" and select "MX Record".
  7. Then add the MX record as follows:
     
    Name: @
    Point to: mx.agma.email
    Priority: 10
     
    Then click Confirm.

  8. Finally, we need you to add the SPF record.
    To do this, select "Add Custom Record" again and then select "TXT Record".
    The values ​​to be added are the following:
     
    Name: @
    TXT value: v=spf1 include:_spf.agma.email ~all
     
    Note: Delete the existing MX record that is present in Shopify i.e. mx.shopify.com

That's all, you now have AGMA.EMAIL configured in Shopify.
