Depending on the country where you are and the payment currency you use in the control panel, you will have the possibility to generate or download a fiscal document or invoice corresponding to the taxes of that payment.
If your invoice does not include taxes, then it is not appropriate for your country to generate a legal document.
At the moment, the generation of documents and tax invoices are available in the following countries:
Chile: When paying your purchase order, a notice will arrive at your customer email to automatically generate a ticket or invoice for the paid service. If this email does not arrive, you can ask support to forward the email or generate a download link. The download link is also available at the end of the payment order once paid.
